The Value of Being Involved on Campus

Everyone wants to be part of something great and leave a legacy when they are done, right? Most college students struggle with turning that desire into reality. The easiest way for that dream to come to life is by being involved on your college campus. At Montana State University Billings, there are a plethora of options for students to get involved in a community that is right for them. There are over 60 clubs and organizations on campus, and most of them are always looking for new members. With MSUB being a smaller campus, students who are involved are more likely to have their ideas be heard, they are more likely to have involvement in any process relating to the club or organization, and they will gain a better understanding of the campus and how it operates. Being involved is the best thing a student can do while attending college, hands down. Get out there, make some memories outside of the classroom, and make the connections you would not make otherwise.
For any student looking for that opportunity to be part of something bigger: The school website, Center for Engagement, ASMSUB Office, New Student Services, Housing, and several other places on campus, are all resources for students that can answer any questions on how to get involved, and they can help you find the best fit for you!
